I was utterly exhausted when I dragged myself out of bed on the fourth day in Singapore. Over the past few days, I had walked an impressive fifty kilometres, and my legs felt the strain. But despite the heaviness, I refused to let it weigh me down, I wanted to make the most of my Singapore vacation.

No, I had no time for that. Day four of my Singapore adventure marked a significant upgrade – I checked into the Nuve Urbane Hotel, conveniently located near the city centre. This meant I had the perfect chance to delve into the heart of Singapore City and truly explore its wonders.

Highlights of Singapore Diaries: Day 4 – Exploring the Heart of Singapore City

On Day 4 of our Singapore Diaries, we ventured into the city’s heart to uncover hidden gems. From the bustling streets of Chinatown to the majestic skyscrapers of the Central Business District, we were treated to an array of sights and sounds that truly captured the essence of Singaporean culture.

Checking into the Boutique Nuve Urbane Hotel

It was time to upgrade my accommodations in Singapore. So, I bid farewell to Fragrance Hotel in Geylang and went to the sleek and centrally located Nuve Urbane Hotel.

I must say, as a solo traveller, this boutique hotel was perfect for me. My room may have only had a single bed, but it had everything a traveller could ask for. I had my private bathroom, air-conditioning, and a television for entertainment. The best part was the free minibar filled with yummy goodies like biscuits, chips, and nuts. It made watching a movie in the evening even more enjoyable while snacking happily.

Disclaimer: I’m not a hotel spokesperson, but Nuve Urbane Hotel exceeded my expectations!
